I graduated from TCU with my degree in Strategic Communications and Digital Culture and Data Analysis. Basically, I love all things social media and digital marketing. I have turned that love into a passion, and have gained lots of experience in the social media world!
My favorite hobbies include watching Sex and the City with my friends, walking my sweet dog Perry, spending time with my family, getting hyped up at a spin class, and trying new restaurants and activities all around Houston!

My Experience
I call myself a "social media storyteller with a Canva subscription." I started out my college career not having a clue at what I wanted to do. Then finally, I stumbled upon the "Strategic Communications" major, applied, and then got in! Four years later, I walked the stage with my degree. Crazy how time moves so fast.
Anyways, throughout my college career, I dipped my toes into basically anything and everything social media-related. During the summer and winter breaks, I would assist my boss at Out of the Box, a darling monogram shop located in Houston, and revamped up her Instagram. Because of my active guidance of the account, focusing on merchandising and sales, followers increased from about 216 to just over 1,200 in just a few short months. Because I love data and call myself a data analysis nerd, I love following the trends of what I think our followers and consumers would want to see.
From there, I took what I learned from Out of the Box, and applied it to my role with TCU Admissions. I served as the Lead Social Media Intern and was in charge of creating content, engaging with community, and collaborating with organizations for both the Instagram and Twitter accounts. Additionally, I worked in conjunction with the TikTok intern to generate content to broaden the main TCU platform.
I also worked as a Brand Ambassador for many well-known brands. My role was/is to create content on a pulse schedule to be posted on my own personal accounts, to boost engagement and knowledge of the brand.
